I ordered a front door about 3 months ago,it arrived and the panel was broken, a new panel was ordered with a promise that It will take maximum 2 weeks,they promised to call but it's over 3 weeks,no phone call and no door. If this is my first time of ordering a PVC windows or doors from them,then I would have said never again. The past transactions has been very good but now they are lacking in communication which is very important for clients. More improvement is needed because no one like to be kept in darkness.
