Very negative experience with customer care of this company and would not recommend their services. They sell their services with a 7 year guarantee, but when you call in on their guarantee after 3 years they just 'ghost' you and do not reply to email/phone or whatsapp. In the event the reaction to this post is 'please send us your invoice and your name so we can look it up in the system' (as they do with all the negative review), I would advise them to look at the various emails (and invoice) they got from Cindy from Amsterdam over the last 6 weeks and have the courtesy to reply. Very disappointed about this non-communication. Update March 5: Only after this negative review was placed on google, did the company react to me and made an appointment to look at the issue (with the question to please remove the review before they even came). I told them I was happy to amend the review in a positive review if the outcome would be good, but unfortunately this is not the case. They were very defensive and rude when they came over and basically just stated the issue could not be due to their work done. When asked why not, they gave various reasons amongst for example that the lead on the other side of chimney and back side was not replaced. This was a complete surprise to me since we gave them the assignment 3 years ago to renovate the complete chimney, so apparently they didn't carry that out in the first place. The person who came over didn't want to discuss that since 'he had no knowledge of the assignment' and I would further hear from them via email. This was feb 22, haven't heard a thing since. In the mean time I have asked another company to have a look at the chimney who said that i) the work was not properly carried out as the chimney was very wet which shouldn't be possible if renovation was carried out properly 3 years ago and ii) lead was never renewed. On one side they did nothing and on the other side apparently 'plaklood' was used instead of replacing of original lead as we were told. Based on this experience I can only advise to stay away from this company.
