Willems Veranda's

Absolutely no respect for their clients. Aggressive sales tactics. They don't respond for weeks and months to emails requesting plans for the preparatory work, and then suddenly start sending registered letters demanding an update within 14 days, even though they haven't responded for months. Their site manager is a disaster at communication, yet they even threaten to hire a lawyer when it comes to the client, and they actually do so, even though you haven't done anything that contradicts the construction contract. We clearly stated that we still had a new building to build, but that we wanted to award them the extra project of the veranda and patio cover, yet they still have a lawyer on your doorstep because the gentlemen at Willems aren't moving fast enough to their liking. That's just the way it is with new construction; we're aware of it, but Willems apparently isn't. Arrogant, aggressive, and you can't reach the salesperson by phone anymore. Only the site manager, but apparently, the agreements in the contract only apply to the client, not Willems. They're always late with everything and don't communicate. It's the pot calling the kettle black. What a shame we chose this company. We won't recommend them to anyone! We're really worried about the actual work starting. If this is the harbinger... It's a shame you have to give one star, because they deserve less than 0.

What a wonderful experience with Willems Veranda! They installed a beautiful residential extension in Ghent and the result is simply stunning. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was right and everything was done neatly and professionally. The planning was followed perfectly and the communication was clear and friendly. The craftsmen were disciplined and worked very professionally. I can definitely recommend them for any construction job!

Very professional, appointment respected, price ok, they came to install the veranda my facade was too weak ae found a contractor for me and came back. Another small leak they came back 2 more times with the smile. Very satisfied
