Poor execution of basement work, no responsibility taken
Problems with water ingress into the basements had already been noticed since the shell and roofs were completed, even when the shell was closed. A site inspection was scheduled and fulfilled. Verstraete acknowledged the error and carried out injections. This constituted acknowledgement of poor workmanship. This had to be redone later. Unfortunately, years later, I still have basements with water, and the poorly executed work is completely ineffective. Poor workmanship!!! If you call the company now, they simply hang up!!! No proposal for a solution or to address the problem... Disgraceful! The company takes no responsibility for the work performed and considers me a difficult person, even though I'm the one with the problems. They refuse to look into the matter or solve it, even though I paid for every penny. A good person, a fraud!
