Dear, a dishonest company. After installing solar panels, we suddenly developed a water leak in our roof. We've never had any problems with our roof before. Insurance didn't cover it. We were able to fix everything ourselves. After a year of searching, it turned out the problem was simply missing roof tiles under the solar panels, and large amounts of water were pouring onto our roof. No one wanted to take responsibility for removing the solar panels. After patiently waiting a year, we did it ourselves, and then they said the insurance wouldn't cover it because we'd done it ourselves. An incompetent technician who did more harm than good. Had we known this beforehand, we would never have worked with this company. They simply didn't respond to notices of default, communication was extremely poor, and the company didn't take responsibility. Poor after-sales service.

The installation is very fast and very neatly carried out by skilled and very friendly craftsmen. Telcom also has a very competent, helpful salesperson and an ideal after-sales service. Afschuwelijke ervaring met jullie bedrijf. Uiterst slechte communicatie, we bellen en mailen meermaals zonder enige reactie. Zeer slechte en amateuristische plaatsing, jullie zijn verschillende keren opnieuw moeten komen om de installatie rond de technieken in orde te brengen. Vandaag bij keuring blijkt dit opnieuw niet in orde.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de aanpak van Telcom. Wij bestelden zonnepanelen en alles verliep volgens plan. Perfect georganiseerde firma van verkoper tot plaatsers en techniekers. Alle beloftes werden nagekomen. Professionele afhandeling.

Een hele slechte dienst na verkoop. Al enkele keren een mail gestuurd naar hun nazorg maar volgens mij lezen ze daar geen mails eens je geen openstaande betalingen meer hebt. Dus zeker zijn dat alles in orde is voor betaling...
