You have to pay €169 just to come, and they don't know anything about the Enphase system. That guy had never even seen an inverter before.

I had to pay €169 for transport and the technician was out within 2 minutes because he didn't know anything about it.

contact for a problem with an inverter that goes into safety mode. I have a fairly quick appointment, they ask me to accept a quote of 170 euros, which I do, telling myself it's the solar panel company, they know their devices. What a mistake! On the phone, I also ask during their visits for an explanation on how it works, which should be done by a technician who speaks perfect French. On the day I have a technician who shows up at my house, nothing to say, punctual in the schedule. He finds that the inverter is indeed faulty. First step, he tries a reset, which doesn't change anything at all. Second step, take out his PC and plug it into the inverter. They diagnose the inverter is disconnected. Until then, you say to yourself, OK, the guy knows what he's talking about. Result, I can't do anything for you, see with the electricity supplier. I decide after his departure to find out about the wiring and connections, being an electrician by trade. and bam, tracing the cable, I realize that the circuit breaker supplying the inverter is broken, so I go to replace it and surprise, everything works again. Basically, the technician does not know his own system on which he works. No explanation was given to me, he did not look at the wiring for a second, just reset and plug in his PC, but on the other hand, behind the claim of 170 euros, it gets stuck. In short, avoid bad service and incompetence of the technician or lack of training

Inaccurate and unprofessional service, not recommended.
Unfortunately I cannot give Solar Assistance a good score. They used to be ok, but now it's a disaster. The workers are inaccurate and leave a basic finish. The planning is poor and they are unprofessional and rude. It is quite a hassle to get rid of them and they keep sending invoices, even after a registered letter. The trash is left behind and the lady on the phone could be a bit friendlier. Location: Gentbrugge. Not recommended.
