Royaux Chape & Isolatie

I recently had screed work done, but unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the result. The screed is almost a centimeter too high, which means the tiles will eventually extend above the glass of my recessed windows. This is aesthetically unsightly and technically problematic. Furthermore, the originally perfectly placed expansion joints were completely removed, only to be superficially replaced in a different way and in different places. As a result, the protective sleeves over the underfloor heating pipes are not always correctly positioned, which can cause damage to the pipes. This can also prevent the underside of the screed from expanding sufficiently, potentially resulting in cracks or tension. In short, I expected more precision and adherence to the technical guidelines during this work.

Have worked with Royaux for the renovation of our farm. Since this was a fairly complex job, we would like someone to come on site in advance. That personal contact with one of the managers was extremely important to us. It was a moment to ask questions and in the meantime we have received additional advice. The work was carried out punctually and accurately. We are very satisfied with the result and the cooperation!

Excellente samenwerking & vlotte service. Afspraak met bram op vrijdag, donderdag erop was er reeds PU gespoten en de maandag erna om 7:30u kwamen ze al de liquide chape plaatsen opdat we geen vertraging voor de plakker zouden hebben. Afwerking en kwaliteit was top. Would recommend!
