Never do business with the Danilith firm. After five years, both our homes have still not been completed. The whole process turned into a nightmare. No respect for the materials. Damage everywhere. Non-functioning appliances. Poor and appalling workmanship. Always trying to put the blame on someone else so as not to have to admit their fumbling. Irreparable defects such as poor jointing of the floors, poor construction of platforms, bathroom can only reach 19 degrees, problem was not solved, shower door that closes poorly with water running under, damaged front door due to the use of products where nothing was taped, resulting in the windows show traces of product. All this can no longer be undone. Tiles throughout the house should be broken up as not a meter is visible with the same color of grouting. Until even sawdust and dirt were mixed with the grouting. Stains in the tiles from dirty rags placed on them that were soaked with product. That way I can still write pages with problems. This is really not new construction but even worse than a renovated home. All they propose is a loss of $1000 that they are willing to pay if you are to believe them. This is really unheard of. So please don't start with this company because you will pay for it for the rest of your life.
