Initially we were happy about our new stairs, some small issues very quickly solved. Unfortunately now after only two years the stairs are unwatchable, they changed colour (from eik to grey) in many places. First expert said that it could be the varnish but most probably the wood. Second one said that the varnish and the wood were good, and he could not give any explanation why the stairs are getting grey. As reaction to our claims company advice is to fix the problem by ourselves (scratch and varnish) . If we were so good at working the wood we could keep the old stairs (which last for more than 30 years) and fix them and not spend around 6000 euro on the new one from this company. We bought the stairs with the idea that we were buying a good product that could last many years Now we have to renovate our stairs again. Honestly, we are very much disappointed by the quality and the after sell service of New stairs And they talk about 15 years warranty in their commercial..For what?

Sepp en Marcel hebben een prachtige trap afgeleverd. Hun manier van werken is erg top!. Ze werken netjes en denken ook aan de kleine details. Kwaliteit van het materiaal is ook mooi en goed! Wil je een mooie vernieuwede trap dan raad ik newstairs zeker aan!

Vanmiddag mijn nieuwe trap opgeleverd door de firma Newstairs, prachtig resultaat, wat een vakmannen zijn Stan en Jan, bedankt mannen!!!!

Heel tevreden van onze nieuwe trap. Vakkundig personeel dat afspraken naleeft en daarboven heel vriendelijk is ! Zeker een aanrader!

Customer satisfaction, communication skills, time management = zero Work done= good It is a quite expensive renovation and for that money we ofcourse wait for a good job. It was said the job will take 2 days top and then it took 4 days. The reason, as far as they said, carpet removal which was not included while giving 2 day promise. However, actually it only took 2 hours. As a customer, I want to know from the beginning how many days will it take. It is as important as knowing how much money will it cost. So that we can arrange our work hours… Dissapointed.
