Bad!

Unfortunately I cannot be positive about my experience with Hectaar. The connections of the sewerage, sanitary facilities and ventilation circuit are all made inaccurately. The plans we received do not correspond to reality. Communication is chaotic and confusing, making the project seem to be at a standstill. The after-sales service is lacking and after six months nothing has been resolved. Hectaar takes little responsibility and seems to be lazy. Overall a disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company.

We are very satisfied with the functioning of Hectaar. They know what they are doing and usually receive many compliments for the work done. A reliable party for anyone who is going to build or wants to buy a new-build home.

Very satisfied with smooth communication with the sales staff. We were always well assisted with questions. Making the choices with their suppliers also went very smoothly and there was enough room for your own input. We would definitely recommend this company.

Hectaar is a fantastic company that I would recommend to anyone. They work together with reliable contractors and deliver a home of top quality. Building a home is normally a stressful process, but not with Hectaar. Moreover, they are always available for questions or to provide guidance. Of course, something small can always go wrong when building a home, but then the after-sales service is there to help you. Absolutely great!

We were carefully guided throughout the entire process. Our needs were always listened to and we were given valuable advice where needed. During the construction of our home, we were always able to answer all our questions, so we could trust that our home was in good hands. The end result exceeded our expectations!

Very fast communication compared to other companies we contact. We cannot discuss after-sales service because the purchase has not yet been completed. But so far only positive. There is always room for improvement, so no 10s.
