Requested a quote, changed the original quote, still executed the original quote despite the adjustment, and then contested their own mistakes in court.

The work was only half-finished and poorly done. So the quote wasn't honored, and the problems weren't resolved. After some communication from me, I heard nothing for almost a year. Then, suddenly, an invoice was sent without any explanation! A truly unreliable company!

I think I just encountered the most disrespectful company ever. The balconies of our apartment building needed renovating. We live on the ground floor, so we thought we wouldn't be bothered by it. Wrong. They work dirty, sloppily, and without a shred of respect. Cement and rubbish just fall down onto our patio and in our garden. Our shutter boxes are full of cement, which we can't even remove. Our patio was a complete disaster. Do you think they'll leave anything clean? Forget it. Clean up? Never heard of it. Everything is done quickly, and the residents are left to clean up afterward. So, us. Shutter boxes? Vandalized. Garden? Full of cement, wood scraps, cable ties, and cigarette butts. Buckets of dirty water? Simply dumped on the grass. Our driveway? Used without permission; even our post was moved as if it were nothing. Plants and flowers? Flattened. We ended up having to tie everything down. There's a dent in the roof of my car from something that fell down. Our windows are covered in cement splatters, and it took hours to clean them. If you ask or point out anything, you get a sigh, an angry look, or are simply completely ignored. Emails go unanswered. And respect? They clearly don't know the word. Hanging or laying a tarp to protect our patio? Too much trouble. Just asking or notifying them? Too much trouble. Just acting normal and respecting other people's property? Apparently way too much to ask. Respecting your own work? Apparently not really. I could write pages about everything that went wrong here. Everything was left dirty and filthy, and it will take us some time to get it back to how it was before. With that dent in my car, I'll have to keep driving around. I refuse to have anything repaired that someone else caused. But hey, thank goodness they're finally gone. Poor people they're working for now... What. A. BAD. Company. And apparently, I'm not the only one with complaints. Do something about it, if that is still possible with this work attitude.

After receiving a quote and receiving half-finished work, I had to wait almost a year for any contact from them. Then this company came up with all sorts of lies. Beware... a deceptive company.

What a disappointment! After completing the contact form three times for a quote, I have still not received any response from BODIMA NV. So the communication is downright bad and unprofessional. I will definitely look for another professional for my project.

I can't say whether they do a good or bad job... Only that they do NOT communicate and do not keep agreements. On 12/10 someone came along for an extensive site visit for a facade renovation and I would quickly receive a quote... After 2 weeks I called them... I was assured that I would receive it within the week... Called every week since then and received more or less the same story from different people. On 28/11 they informed me (after several more telephone calls) that the works (a building of 3 apartments) were too large and they could not help us... so I would only contact them for very small jobs and only when time is not an issue... We waren heel tevreden van vroegere dichtingswerken in de kelder door Bodima. Daarom lieten we voor opstijgend vocht weer deze firma langskomen. De heldere en EERLIJKE uitleg en raad van E.H. gaf weer heel veel vertrouwen in de firma. Hij hield zelfs rekening met onze leeftijd om de beslissing te nemen. De firma is minder geneigd om te verkopen en meer geïnteresseerd in tevreden klanten. En dat zijn wij!!!

Onbetrouwbaar, komen hun afspraken niet na, daarna leugens volop , oorspronkelijke offerte klopt niet kortom zeer slechte ervaring!
